A execution team is installation in order to implement the program validated by the General Assembly in accordance with the Board of Directors Directives. The Board of directors delegates whole or part of his capacities to the Director general for the execution of the decisions, the management and the current administration of Association like for the negotiation and the signature of any convention. Within the framework of the implementation of same projects, it can be agreed that the Director general ensures in an exclusive way the negotiation, the signature and the execution of any convention. The role of the Director General is mainly to ensure:
the animation of association;
the current management of association;
the staff management;
preparation of the budget and the follow-up of its execution;
preparation of the accounts of each accounting period;
the control of the antennas of representations envisaged in article 43 of the statutes;
presentation of the studies, projects, plans, estimate and conventions;
establishment of the accounts with the support of the Administrative and Financial Director;
execution of the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board of directors.
Four central directions (4) rise from the MEBF. It is: - The Counselling Services; - The Companies Formalities Center; - Projects and Programs Management; - Administration and Finances.
