MEBF offers welcoming, information and follow up services to contractors, promoters, associations or professional groups in the private sector. These services include two (2) products:

• Welcome-Guidance-Information Service;
• Follow up Service.

a) The Welcome-Guidance-Information Service

This includes the following services:

• listening to promoters needs, the validation of ideas-projects;
• information about structures which support the private sector;
• practical courses on company creation and business development;
• animation of information programs with medias.

b) Follow up Service

This includes the following services:

• support to the formalities of the Support Fund with Shared Costs (SFSC), to cheque-counselling, etc;
  
• implementation of flash diagnoses;
• support to financial engineering;
• facilitation of access to credit (Guarantee funds, loan on trust, venture capital, sponsorship, etc);
• benchmarking and development of entrepreneurial spirit;
• support the organization of professional associations;
